OPORTO Fooding House and Wine is the evolution of Oporto Wine Cafe, a concept originated in 2006 by husband and wife team, Chef Rick and Shiva Divirgilio. They wanted to bring their hometown of Houston a Portugese-inspired food and wine bar, similar to what you might find in a taberna in Lisbon or Porto. Combining a rustic European menu with a boutique wine list and mini-cocktail bar alongside a cafe and bakery, Oporto Fooding House and Wine or "O2" is born.
