PAX-AM is a collaboration between Executive Chef Adam Dorris, Restaurateur Shepard Ross of Glass Wall & Brooklyn Athletic Club and Hoteliers Dan and Mark Zimmerman of La Colombe d’Or Hotel & Zimm’s Bar.

PAX-AM is a neighborhood restaurant & bar featuring modern American fare by Executive Chef Adam Dorris. We seek out the best local meat, fish and produce along with an innovative, well curated, cocktail, beer and wine program to provide the best possible ingredients for our guests. We feature an all-American, small producer wine list representing many European varietals cultivated to represent a sense of true terroir and showcase the diversity available in the U.S.
